Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • A return or refund is only available if your handbag arrives defective or in the wrong color.

  • If eligible, you will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference are not accepted.

  • Handbags damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery are not eligiblefor a refund.


Fraudulent Claims

  • If a customer attempts to claim a refund by intentionally damaging a handbag or providing false information, Gavinlynchdesign reserves the right to deny the refund.

  • Fraudulent claims may result in a service fee or fine.


Shipping & Delivery Guarantee

  • Standard delivery time within the United States: 10–15 business days.

  • International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs.

  • If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive within the U.S., you may be eligible for a 10% discount no more than seven, (7) days after your purchase.


Process for Returns
