1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Gavinlynchdesign. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Services

  • Each handbag is crafted with premium materials and attention to detail.

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

  • By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time within the United States: 10–15 business days.

  • International orders may take longer than 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive within the U.S., you may be eligible for a 10% discount no more than seven, (7) days after your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If your handbag arrives defective or in the wrong color, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • No returns are accepted unless the product arrives defective or in the wrong color.

  • Shopanswer is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery.

  • If a customer attempts to claim a refund fraudulently (e.g., intentionally damaging a handbag and claiming it arrived broken), Shopanswer reserves the right to deny the refund and may impose a fine or service fee for fraudulent claims.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

  • We guarantee that all handbags are free from material defects at the time of shipment.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopanswer disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

7. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)

Gavinlynchdesign is not responsible or liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, strikes, wars, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or — yes — even a zombie apocalypse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, images, and trademarks associated with Gavinlynchdesign are the exclusive property of Gavinlynchdesign and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
